SARAS DEL FEN
Saras del Fen is a ricotta made from whole cow's and/or goat's milk,
usually left to ripen in a straw knot of Festuca spp., according to the
traditional recipes of the Valli Pellice, Chisone and Germanasca. A delicacy
which smells of fresh mountain pastures, with a delicate and tasty flavour.
